The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within the term of 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods. For the start of this evaluation period, the date indicated on the delivery note will be used. To exercise this right, the customer must send an e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org, and if possible report via WhatsApp message to the cell number +39 3477218127 the intention to withdraw from the purchase contract.
Once we have received the aforementioned notice of withdrawal, Dakota Wear will immediately notify the customer via e-mail of having the goods returned with the simple care of indicating on the package their data such as name, address and telephone number.
The goods must reach us within the time limit set by the law of the 14 working days.
The product must be returned to Dakota Wear – Campioni Tiziana Via La Marmora, 8 – 00185 Rome in perfect condition, packed in its original packaging, complete in its entirety with any accessories and documentation (tax receipt or any invoice).
The right of withdrawal applies ONLY to the final consumer. It therefore excludes companies and professionals with a VAT number who buy in these garments.
Return of the goods
The shipping costs for returning the goods are fully borne by Dakota Wear.
The right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased in its entirety: it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on a part of the product purchased. Subject to compliance with the conditions of the previous point (return of goods), the Customer will be reimbursed for a maximum amount corresponding to the value of the product. Dakota Wear will reimburse the above within fifteen (15) working days following receipt of the goods.
Cancel and return the order
Fourteen days to cancel and return purchases. The 14-day “reflection period” does not apply to all purchases. For example on goods made to measure or clearly personalized (Dakota Skirts on reservation)
How to make a return
You must send a message to the WhatsApp number +39 3477218127 or write an email to email@example.com. The waybill will be sent via email after receiving confirmation of the possibility of having the goods returned. We will send one of our couriers to collect the goods at your home.
Within how many days I will get a refund
Once the package has been received, one of our consultants will verify, through a specific evaluation, if the returned item has been used or clearly damaged. If the garment is intact, one of our operators will contact you to provide details on your refund. The deadlines foresee a maximum of 15 working days. We remind you that the refund refers only to the value of the item purchased, any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
How to pack the item to be returned
It is important that the material arrives with all the tags intact and attached, as it was delivered to and above all that it is not damaged during transport. Therefore we advise you to carefully pack the item to be returned.
