The individual company Campioni Tiziana, named from this moment Dakota Wear, reserves the unquestionable right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.


The Dakota Wear company is committed to presenting the essential characteristics of the treated products. Dakota Wear sells its products, through its website, solely to the “final consumer”, meaning by this term a natural person who purchases for purposes unrelated to his own commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity.


The prices shown on the site are expressed in euros and include prices including VAT. Any shipping costs are specified for each item. Since the rates of suppliers are constantly evolving, the prices indicated on the site are subject to change at any time and without notice. They are also susceptible to changes due to causes related to the launch of a product, promotions and sales.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs are always free.


When completing the order, the Customer is requested to:

  1. fill in the form for personal data; it is important to specify the delivery address, the telephone number and an e-mail address (e-mail).
  2. read the form carefully, in all its parts, before validating the order. Dakota Wear is not considered in any case responsible for errors inherent to a wrong purchase or to cancel and not disclosed without making any agreements by email or phone, nor for errors related to delivery of the package, deriving from information or data incorrectly entered by the Customer, in the form relating to personal data.
  3. choose the preferred payment method: Paypal / Credit Card: is the most popular online payment system in the world that allows you to pay with maximum security, in real time. With Paypal, in fact, the shopkeeper never sees the details of your credit card or account (which are encrypted with a special system), but only the payment received. Order Confirmation

For all orders placed on the site, an order confirmation e-mail will automatically be sent to the address indicated by the Customer in his data sheet.


The invoice will be sent in electronic format to the email address issued by the customer.

Delivery time

Orders are processed the day after the date of purchase unless otherwise explicitly indicated on the site by courier with delivery in 24/48 hours.

Transport conditions

The company used to transport and deliver the material is the SDA Express Courier for Italy and DHL for abroad. We are not responsible for any late deliveries of the material if entrusted to the courier within the time frame provided for in this contract.


When the package arrives, check that it does not show signs of tampering. Otherwise accept the goods “with reserve”. No claim will be considered valid if reported 7 days after receipt of the material. Complaints must be sent to Customer Service by phone number 3477218127 or in writing (E-mail). No material must be returned without our authorization.
